Dear Colleagues,<\/p>\n

The formula for the second week is one that can be prescribed by ENT specialists for throat infections, which become more frequent with the onset of cold weather.<\/p>\n

Salol, included in the formula, is a salicylic derivative chemical with anti-inflammatory properties used in mouthwashes and gargles due to its analgesic and antiseptic effects. Peppermint oil in the formula is likewise used for its antiseptic, mild local anesthetic, and refreshing effects. Boric acid further strengthens the formula with its well-known mild bacteriostatic and fungistatic properties.<\/p>\n

In short, this formula stands out for its refreshing, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and fungistatic properties; 1 dessertspoon is added to 1 glass of water and used as a gargle several times a day.<\/p>\n
