You may use one of the following methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>return request<\/strong>\u00a0form in your member account,<\/li>\n<li>Email to\u00a0<strong>info@majistraleczacilari.org.tr<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>Fax to 0531 394 37 32,<\/li>\n<li>Mail to Sultan Mesud Mah. \u0130stanbul Cad. D\u0131\u015f Kap\u0131 No: 82, \u0130\u00e7 Kap\u0131 No: 1, Karatay \/ KONYA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We immediately send confirmation that requests submitted via the website have reached us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">2.2<\/span>Specifying your full name, order number, product name, and refund account details in your notification will expedite the process. You are not required to use the\u00a0<a href=\"on-bilgilendirme-formu.html#\">withdrawal notification form<\/a>; an explicit statement indicating your decision to withdraw is sufficient.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">2.3<\/span>You must return the product to us within 10 days of your withdrawal notice. When sent via\u00a0<span class=\"ph\">{{IADE_KARGO_FIRMASI}}<\/span>\u00a0using the return code\u00a0<span class=\"ph\">{{IADE_KODU}}<\/span>, the shipping fee is borne by us. If you prefer a different carrier, the return costs shall be borne by you, not exceeding the delivery costs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">2.4<\/span>Please send the product complete with its box, packaging, and accessories (if any), along with its invoice. We remind you that you are liable for any diminution in value resulting from use exceeding ordinary inspection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"no\">3<\/span>Printed publications<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">3.1<\/span>You may return books whose stretch wrap, shrink wrap, or similar protective packaging has\u00a0<strong>not been opened<\/strong>\u00a0within 14 days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">3.2<\/span>The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for books whose protective packaging has been\u00a0<strong>opened<\/strong>\u00a0(Regulation on Distance Contracts Art. 15\/1-e). Periodicals such as magazines and bulletins, as well as personalized prints, are also excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal (Art. 15\/1-f and Art. 15\/1-b).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">3.3<\/span>Printing defects such as missing pages, misfolding, illegible print, or detached binding are considered defects. You may return these products\u2014even if their packaging has been opened\u2014with shipping fees borne by us, or request their replacement with a defect-free equivalent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">3.4<\/span>In cases of carrier-induced damage, you must have the courier prepare a damage report at the time of delivery and refuse to accept the product. Carrier damage claims cannot be evaluated for shipments accepted without a damage report.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"no\">4<\/span>Digital content and e-books<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">4.1<\/span>For products such as e-books, digital lecture notes, and video recording access,\u00a0<strong>the right of withdrawal expires once downloading or viewing has begun<\/strong>\u00a0(Regulation Art. 15\/1-\u011f). This condition is separately confirmed on the purchase screen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">4.2<\/span>If downloading or viewing has never been initiated, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">4.3<\/span>In the event that the file is corrupted, does not match the advertised content, or access cannot be provided due to reasons originating from us, the full amount will be refunded. The burden of proving that intangible goods delivered electronically are free from defect lies with us (Regulation Art. 20\/3).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">4.4<\/span>Please verify the file format, system requirements, and access duration information on the product page prior to purchase.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"no\">5<\/span>Event, congress, and course registrations<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">5.1<\/span>You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of registration. The applicable schedule is also announced on the registration page of each event.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">5.3<\/span>In lieu of a refund, you may transfer your registration to another person provided that you notify us at least\u00a0<span class=\"ph\">{{GUN_3}}<\/span>\u00a0days prior to the event date. The transferee must fulfill the professional qualifications required for the event.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">5.4<\/span>If we cancel the event, the entire amount you paid will be refunded within 14 days. If we postpone the event, you may choose between transferring your registration to the new date or receiving a full refund; you must convey your preference within 14 days of the postponement notice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">5.5<\/span>No refunds will be made and no certificate of participation will be issued for events you registered for but did not attend.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"no\">6<\/span>Membership dues and donations<\/h2>\n<div class=\"callout\">\n<p><span class=\"tag\">No right of withdrawal<\/span>There is no right of withdrawal for membership dues, entrance fees, and donation payments, and these payments are non-refundable. Since these payments are not made in return for the purchase of a good or service, they are not considered consumer transactions (Law No. 6502 Art. 3\/1-l) and do not fall within the scope of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Regulation Art. 2\/2-j). Dues are an obligation arising from the membership relationship, and pursuant to Article 70 of the Turkish Civil Code, a member who leaves the association is obliged to pay the dues for the period during which they remained a member.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds are processed in exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and unauthorized card usage. Details:\u00a0<a href=\"bagis-ve-aidat-odeme-kosullari.html\">Donation and Dues Payment Terms<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"no\">7<\/span>Refund of the payment<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">7.1<\/span>Within\u00a0<strong>14 days<\/strong>\u00a0from the date your withdrawal notice reaches us, we will refund all payments collected, including delivery costs, if any.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">7.2<\/span>The refund will be made in a lump sum in accordance with the payment method you used during purchase, without imposing any expenses or obligations on you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">7.3<\/span>The reflection of credit card refunds onto your account depends on your bank&#8217;s transaction processes and may take two to three weeks. We are not responsible for this duration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">7.4<\/span>For installment purchases, the refund may be reflected in your account over a number of billing cycles equal to the number of installments, depending on your bank&#8217;s practices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">7.5<\/span>For payments made via Wire Transfer\/EFT, the refund will be made to the IBAN you provide, which must belong to the person who made the payment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"no\">8<\/span>Defective goods and services<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">8.1<\/span>If the product you received does not possess the specifications stated on the website, you may exercise one of the optional rights: rescinding the contract, requesting a price discount proportional to the defect, requesting free repair, or requesting replacement with a non-defective equivalent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">8.2<\/span>Requests for free repair or replacement with a non-defective equivalent will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 business days from the date they reach us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">8.3<\/span>Our liability for defects is subject to a two-year statute of limitations from the delivery date, even if the defect becomes apparent subsequently.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">8.4<\/span>Return shipping costs for defective products are borne by us under all circumstances.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"no\">9<\/span>Cases where returns are not accepted<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Printed books whose protective packaging has been opened (except in cases of printing defects).<\/li>\n<li>Used, worn publications, or those with notes taken or pages marked.<\/li>\n<li>Digital content where downloading or viewing has begun.<\/li>\n<li>Event registrations whose performance has commenced with your consent.<\/li>\n<li>Products prepared on a customized basis.<\/li>\n<li>Periodicals outside the scope of subscription.<\/li>\n<li>Membership dues and donation payments.<\/li>\n<li>Requests submitted after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired (rights regarding defective goods are reserved).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"no\">10<\/span>Application and disputes<\/h2>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">10.1<\/span>You may submit all kinds of requests, complaints, and questions regarding return processes to\u00a0<strong>info@majistraleczacilari.org.tr<\/strong>\u00a0or by calling 0532 312 85 55.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cl\">\n<p><span class=\"n\">10.2<\/span>If your request cannot be resolved, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board in your place of residence within the monetary limits declared annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court for disputes exceeding these limits.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<footer class=\"doc\"><strong>Magistral Pharmacists Association<\/strong><br \/>\nSultan Mesud Mah. \u0130stanbul Cad.
