This form covers the preliminary information provided to the Buyer in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of goods and services sold via the majistraleczacilari.org.tr website, the characteristics and sales prices of which are specified below.<\/p>\n

Excluded from scope:<\/strong> Association membership dues, entrance fees, and donation payments are excluded from the scope of this form. Since these do not constitute the sale of goods or services, they are not considered distance contracts and are not subject to the right of withdrawal. For details, please see the Donation and Membership Dues Terms page.<\/p>\n

5.1<\/strong> For service sales, immediate performance and delivery may be carried out depending on the nature of the service. In this case, the invoice is sent to the Buyer via a permanent data storage medium.<\/p>\n

5.2<\/strong> Physical products shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer along with the invoice within 30 days at the latest. In the event of failure to fulfill this obligation, the Buyer may terminate the contract; in case of termination, all collected payments shall be refunded within 14 days.<\/p>\n

5.3<\/strong> If performance becomes impossible, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within three days from the date of learning about the situation and refund all collected payments within 14 days at the latest.<\/p>\n

5.4<\/strong> The Buyer is obliged to inspect the product upon receipt; in case of any issues arising from shipping, the Buyer must refuse delivery and have a report drawn up by the courier.<\/p>\n

6. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

6.1<\/strong> The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any contractual penalty.<\/p>\n

6.2<\/strong> The period begins on the day the contract is established for contracts related to service performance, and on the day the goods are received for contracts related to goods delivery. The Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal within the period from the establishment of the contract until delivery.<\/p>\n

    Confirmation of receipt for withdrawal requests submitted via the website shall be sent to the Buyer immediately.<\/p>\n

    6.4<\/strong> The Buyer must send the goods back to the Seller within 10 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal notice. The return shipment must be made via {{IADE_KARGO_FIRMASI}}. For returns made via this carrier, the shipping costs shall be borne by the Seller.<\/p>\n

    6.5<\/strong> The Seller shall refund all payments collected, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notification is received, in accordance with the payment instrument used by the Buyer and in a single transaction.<\/p>\n

    6.6<\/strong> The Buyer is responsible for any loss in value resulting from use exceeding the ordinary use of the goods.<\/p>\n

    8. Circumstances where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised<\/h2>\n

    Unless agreed otherwise by the parties, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following contracts pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts:<\/p>\n

    1. Contracts regarding goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are beyond the control of the seller.<\/li>\n
    2. Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs.<\/li>\n
    3. Contracts regarding the delivery of perishable goods or goods that may expire.<\/li>\n
    4. Contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or pack have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.<\/li>\n
    5. Contracts regarding goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature.<\/li>\n
    6. Contracts regarding books, digital content, and computer consumables delivered in physical media if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or pack have been opened after delivery.<\/li>\n
    7. Contracts regarding the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription contract.<\/li>\n
    8. Contracts regarding accommodation, freight transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and the utilization of leisure time for entertainment or relaxation, which must be performed on a specific date or period.<\/li>\n
    9. Contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environments or non-material goods delivered instantly to the consumer.<\/li>\n
    10. Contracts regarding services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s consent before the expiry of the right of withdrawal period.<\/li>\n
    11. Contracts regarding movables requiring registration under the Highway Traffic Law No. 2918 and unmanned aerial vehicles requiring recording or registration.<\/li>\n
    12. Contracts concluded through auctions in the form of live bidding.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      9. Cancellation terms for event registrations<\/h2>\n

      Without prejudice to legal regulations regarding the right of withdrawal, the following cancellation schedule applies to event registrations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

In the event of cancellation of the event by the Seller, the entire fee will be refunded within 14 days; in the event of postponement, the Buyer may choose between transferring to the new date or receiving a full refund.<\/em><\/p>\n

      10. Dispute resolution<\/h2>\n

      Within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the Buyer’s or Seller’s place of residence, and Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices for disputes exceeding these limits, are authorized.<\/p>\n

      11. Withdrawal notice form<\/h2>\n

      To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may fill out and send the form below or make a clear statement declaring your decision to withdraw. Use of this form is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

        The Buyer declares that they have read all the conditions and explanations in this Preliminary Information Form, have prior knowledge regarding the basic characteristics, sale price, payment method, delivery terms, right of withdrawal, and situations where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, as well as the information regarding the Seller, have viewed all of it in an electronic medium, and accept its contents.<\/p>\n

        A copy of this form will be sent to the Buyer’s email address via a permanent data storage medium along with the order confirmation.<\/p>\n
