Delivery Terms<\/h1>\n

Shipping times and fees, actions to be taken upon delivery, delivery of digital products, and transmission of event participation information.<\/p>\n

1<\/span>General<\/h2>\n
\n

1.1<\/span>Your order will begin preparation once payment is confirmed. Orders without payment confirmation will not be processed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

1.2<\/span>In accordance with Article 16 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, physical products shall be delivered within\u00a0a maximum of 30 days<\/strong>\u00a0from the date your order reaches us. In practice, our preparation time is\u00a0{{HAZIRLIK_SURESI}}<\/span>\u00a0business days, and the shipping delivery time is\u00a0{{KARGO_SURESI}}<\/span>\u00a0business days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

1.3<\/span>Public holidays, weekends, and extraordinary weather conditions may extend delivery times. You will be notified of such delays.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

1.4<\/span>In the event that our delivery obligation is not fulfilled, you may terminate the contract. In case of termination, all payments collected will be refunded within 14 days from the date the notice of termination reaches us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

2.1<\/span>The shipping fee is displayed separately in the order summary and in the Preliminary Information Form. No additional charges will be requested beyond the amount shown on the payment screen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2.2<\/span>For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, and similar expenses that may arise in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

\n

3<\/span>What you need to do upon delivery<\/h2>\n
\n

3.1<\/span>Please inspect the package in the presence of the courier before accepting delivery. If you notice any damage such as crushing, tearing, wetting, or opened tape,\u00a0do not accept the package<\/strong>\u00a0and ask the courier to issue a damage report.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

3.2<\/span>For shipments accepted without a damage report, it is deemed that the courier company has fulfilled its duty completely, and damage claims arising from shipping cannot be evaluated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

3.3<\/span>Please notify us of the situation regarding the damage report along with an image of the report on the same day at\u00a0info@majistraleczacilari.org.tr<\/strong>. We will replace the product free of charge or issue a refund.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

\n

4<\/span>Undelivered shipments<\/h2>\n
\n

4.1<\/span>If no one is present at the address, the address is provided incorrectly or incompletely, or the shipment is not collected from the courier branch within the holding period, the package will be returned to us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

4.2<\/span>In this case, you will be contacted. If you request reshipment, the second shipping fee will be your responsibility. If you prefer to cancel the order, the amount will be refunded after deducting the initial shipping cost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

\n

5<\/span>Delivery of digital products<\/h2>\n
\n

5.1<\/span>Products such as e-books, digital lecture notes, and video access are assigned to your member account upon payment confirmation, and access details are sent to your email address. Delivery is usually completed within a few minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

5.2<\/span>If the email does not arrive, please first check your spam folder; if the problem persists, please notify us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

5.3<\/span>The access period and number of downloads for digital products are specified on the product page.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

5.4<\/span>For digital products, performance is deemed complete and the right of withdrawal expires the moment downloading or viewing is initiated (Regulation on Distance Contracts Art. 15\/1-\u011f).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

\n

6<\/span>Transmission of event participation information<\/h2>\n
\n

6.1<\/span>Once your event registration is completed, a registration confirmation will be sent by email.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

6.2<\/span>For in-person events, hall information, the program schedule, and participation passes (if applicable) will be sent at least\u00a0{{ETKINLIK_BILGI_GUNU}}<\/span>\u00a0days prior to the event date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

6.3<\/span>For online events, the participation link and access credentials will be sent by email at least 24 hours prior to the event. The link is unique to the individual and cannot be shared.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

7<\/span>Invoice<\/h2>\n
\n

7.1<\/span>Invoices are sent together with the shipment for physical products or as an e-archive invoice to your email address; for digital products and services, they are sent via a permanent data carrier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

7.2<\/span>If you require a corporate invoice, please enter your tax office and tax identification number in full during checkout. The invoice type cannot be changed after the order is completed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
