To the Attention of Our Colleagues Who Wish to Join Our Association!
According to the conditions stipulated by the Associations Law, real persons and legal entities who have no legal obstacles, possess full legal capacity, accept to work in accordance with the principles and objectives of the association, and meet the conditions prescribed by the legislation, having received or continuing to receive pharmacy education, have the right to become a member of this association. However, for foreign real persons to become members, they must also have the right of residence in Turkey.

- 2 PASSPORT PHOTOS (TO BE SENT UNATTACHED)
- COPY OF PHARMACY FACULTY DIPLOMA (For graduates)
- COPY OF NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD
- COPY OF BANK RECEIPT SHOWING PAYMENT OF ENTRANCE FEE AND ANNUAL DUES
- REFERENCE LETTER FROM A COLLEAGUE WHO IS A MEMBER OF OUR ASSOCIATION
Applications of our colleagues applying for membership in our association will be evaluated by the membership commission meeting on specified days.
