2.2No content on the Site constitutes promotion or advertising of any specific human medicinal product. The Association acts in compliance with the limitations of current legislation regarding the promotion of human medicinal products to the public and health claims.

2.3Reasonable care is exercised for the accuracy and timeliness of the professional content; however, as scientific knowledge may change over time, the timeliness of the content is not guaranteed. Users are expected to verify primary sources and current regulations.

2.4Under no circumstances are prescription medicines sold, prescriptions dispensed, or drug supplies provided through the Site.

3.1All registered and unregistered intellectual property rights on all text, code, graphics, logos, images, videos, designs, trademarks, and methods published on the Site belong to the Magistral Pharmacists Association or their respective rights holders.

3.2The reproduction, copying, processing, public transmission, distribution, or commercial use of these contents without written permission is prohibited under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.

3.3Scientific and professional citations made by citing the source and remaining within the limits of fair quotation are exempt from this prohibition.

3.4The name “Magistral Pharmacists Association” and the logo belonging to the Association cannot be used without the written permission of the Association.
