Ingredients in the formula;
Erythromycine-Erythromycin-Eritromicina; It is a broad-spectrum macrolide antibiotic. Because it readily penetrates Gram-positive microorganisms, it exerts a stronger effect against these types of microorganisms. Since its antimicrobial spectrum resembles penicillin, it is frequently used in individuals with penicillin allergies. Particularly used for diseases such as syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia, Erythromycin is produced by Saccharopolyspora erythraea. It acts by interfering with bacterial protein synthesis. It generally has a bacteriostatic effect (it is bactericidal only against beta-hemolytic streptococci and Streptococcus pneumoniae). It is ineffective against anaerobic bacteria. Erythromycin absorbed by the body is metabolized in the liver. Therefore, its use is contraindicated in patients with hepatic impairment. Its topical and oral forms are used in the treatment of acne. It is preferred in infections of the skin, soft tissue, and burn wounds.
La Roche-Posay Physiane 40 ml; An inorganic oil-in-water emulsion known for its moisturizing properties that ensures the protection of the epidermis. It possesses comedolytic (comedone-eliminating) properties. It is applied to clean and dry skin in the morning and/or evening. It is used on sensitive, normal, and combination skin. It is suitable for rosacea-prone skin. It contains water, PEG-6 stearate, PEG-32 stearate, isopropyl palmitate, stearic acid, hydrogenated Palm / Palm kernel Oil, PEG-6 esters, Glycerin, Palmitoyl hydrolyzed barley protein, Chlorphenesin, Disodium EDTA, Butylparaben, ethylparaben, methylparaben, Phenoxyethanol, propylparaben, Parfum (Fragrance).
Preparation; After Erythromycin is weighed on a watch glass, it is wetted with alcohol, and the formula is completed by adding La Roche-Posay Physiane, which constitutes the vehicle.
